The lead time for appliances are as follows:

Clear Retainers / Hawley Retainers / Space Maintainers / Bleaching Trays / Study Models: 3 - 4 working days

Clear Retainers / Hawley Retainers (WITH RESET): 3 - 4 working days from approval from Dr

Fitted Lingual Retainers / Arch Development / Playsafe Mouthguards / Bruxism Guards: 5 - 6 working days

Functional Appliances / Fully Customized Appliances: 7 - 14 working days

What if I have an urgent case?

Kindly call us at 6283 9015 for urgent cases. We will do our best to expedite the collection and fabrication of your case. Surcharge fees apply, and are at the sole discretion of Orthodontic Master (S) Pte Ltd.

I received a case that is faulty, can I return it?

For faulty cases, return the old appliance along with the invoice and state the nature of the fault. We will rectify the fault and return the case to you ASAP.

I need an appliance that is customized to my patient's needs, can you do it?

A picture speaks a thousand words! Drawing your desired customizations along with specific instructions is the best way to deliver your desired intent to us. Leave your contact number on the labsheet and we will contact you for your approval on the final design.

When will my collections be collected?

We will strive to collect the cases on the same day or by the next 2 working days. In the event of averse weather conditions, we seek your understanding to allow our couriers more time to safely reach your destination.
