PREFACE: ALL APPLIANCES ARE DONE TO FIT THE DENTAL IMPRESSION / SCAN.

1. In the event of a non-fitting appliance, kindly determine if the cause is due to inaccuracies between the dental impression and patient's actual teeth.

1.a In such cases, kindly re-cast / re-scan the patient's teeth and return the old appliance AND old invoice to us, along with the new scans / casts. Only re-printing of 3D new scans will incur additional printing charges. Appliance redo charges will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. In the event of a change in appliance after delivery of the appliance, kindly return the old appliance AND old invoice to us. We will credit the old invoice and bill you for the revised design. Please return the above items to us within 14 days.

3. In the event of a wrongly fabricated case, kindly return the old appliance AND old invoice to us. No charges will be raised and we will expedite this redo case.
