An appliance used to widen the upper jaw, creating more space for crowded teeth and improving bite alignment. Options include: 9mm, 11mm, or 12mm superscrews. Appliance may be fabricated with molar bands or bonded with a posterior tray and RPHG hooks for facebow treatments.
